Descending Dragon
Weapon (quarterstaff), rare (requires attunement)
—-----------
The Descending Dragon is a signature weapon wielded by the warriors of the Celestial Dragon Monastery, a religious order devoted to the worship of the three mighty Wyrms that inhabit the Svargiya mountain range. These Wyrms include the Azure Sky Wyrm, who soars above the mountain peaks; the Golden Scale Wyrm, who burrows beneath the earth and travels along the great river that divides the range; and the Sea Serpent, who rules the Grinding Sea. The monastery’s martial arts draw heavily from the movements and power of these three Wyrms.
The Descending Dragon is a magical weapon in the form of a three-section staff, with each segment imbued with enchantments inspired by the Wyrm depicted in its engravings. When wielding this weapon, the warrior monks of the Celestial Dragon Monastery can unleash their ultimate technique, the Heavenly Dragon Descent, in its full power.
—-----------
You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Additionally, unlike regular quarterstaff, This quarterstaff has the two-handed properties.
Heavenly Dragon Descent.
This staff allows you to perform a sequence of mystical techniques. The sequence begins with Storm Serpent Strike, and each successful technique enables you to use the next one under specific conditions.
Storm Serpent Strike. Once on each of your turns, when you hit a creature with a melee attack using this staff, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 lightning damage. If you do so, you can use a bonus action before the end of your turn to make a special attack called Wave Splitter against the same target.
Wave Splitter. As a bonus action granted by Storm Serpent Strike, you can make a melee weapon attack with this staff against the same target. On a hit, the next attack roll against that target before the end of your next turn has advantage. If you hit with Wave Splitter, you can use Stone Sentinel before the start of your next turn.
Stone Sentinel. If the creature you hit with Wave Splitter targets you or an ally within your reach with an attack before the start of your next turn, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on that attack roll. If the attack misses, you gain the following benefit:
Ascending Dragon Assault. Until the end of your next turn, Attack you make with this staff deals an extra 1d8 damage of your choice: lightning, cold, or bludgeoning.

I'm back~
Well, this is not really a spear. I was going to make a blade at the end of the staff, but I ended up against it because I couldn't find a design that I liked. So yeah, I just went with blunt staff.

All the files will be added to a new Speartember 2024 folder that you can find in the Vault

Also sinlaire I have a question how much would it cost to basically make one of your old piece become a magic weapon with an actual description. The one I'm speaking of is the spectral silverware
