I haven’t watched Jojo in a while but I think it goes like this You are right about there being two babies. The granny was pregnant and the other child was Lisa Lisa. Seeing as Lisa Lisa was a baby at that time though she’d only be around a year or two older than the pregnant child so they would be like 48 years old or something if they were alive

So what it is is that Lisa Lisa is the baby from the ship and Jonathan’s wife was pregnant with jojo’s dad at the same time. So him mom is like a year older than his dad
