Thanks for being here to do our 2nd Tutorial looking at travelling steps as part of our introduction to layering.
In this tutorial we cover:
*Approaches to Walking and adding various movements
*travelling twists
*travelling hip circles
**combining the twists and hip circles
*hip push while travelling
*mya/vertical figure 8 while traveling
*fishtail/ reverse vertical figure 8 while traveling
There is a practice video to follow for each tier as well.
