More lewd Traps is the one that stands out to me. Maybe custom announcer lines during specific combat animations.

The darkest dungeon! It's the only region that has been completely skipped by LLE. I do feel you don't get as big of a return with this one though. As for something i think more people would enjoy, more curios. (Maybe a pillory that contains a random captive or a dormant gargoyle boss you can choose to activate)
