So based on contractual changes with the sponsor I needed to get the video done by the 23rd of September - which I've managed to do thanks to an unexpected bank holiday! (Big thanks to Liz for taking one for the team!)
There's a few issues in this video - 3 missing sound effects, some laggy footage from the Miracle Worker at 27:05 and 1:18:31 because the video I bought was annoying to snip, and there's a few images that need cleaning. It's not noticeable. But it's noticeable. Afaik there's no artifacting this time, but this project has been such a PAIN to render!! We're on render 8 now! Had to render it at 5% the speed to get it to the stage it hopefully behaves. Maybe it'll surprise me!
The video on the main channel will have all these issues addressed - some footage will be replaced, the missing sound effects added in, the images cleaned, and HOPEFULLY the artifacting issues resolved seeing as this is taking 7 hours to render. Then we can do the 4K superscale, which can be done tonight. Expect it to be released on the 23rd September at 6PM GMT!! I'll post it here as well
I'm sorry this video doesn't have the same level of care, and that you only get it two days in advance. I've had to prioritise the video with the sponsor in it and I've been crunching like Naughty Dog to get both of these done. I will make it up to you guys

So, thanks to this vid I am now working on a profile of Keller for an assignment (yes, that is what I should be writing now, thanks for noticing) and I must say: thanks a lot for the video! It's great! I'm afraid I must also say: your list of sources is great but falls short of being incredible due to page numbers missing... Those would be super useful when trying to find what you're referencing! (I also understand that that's yet more work though...)

Thanks, I enjoyed all your other videos before, and this time I finally realized I had forgotten to signup to your patreon. That video can't have been easy on you. It was a hard watch. But thank you for doing it, as Mrs. Keller is definitely someone who deserves this level of respect.

That was fucking great—based as per usual. The storybook Keller section felt really poignant; I've had to deal with that sort of disabled-superhero ableism all the time with my type-one diabetes. The ending—especially how it built all that tension without any release—was perfect too. Don't be afraid to take as much time off as you need before you work on your next video. Burnout sucks.

Absolutely fantastic. Even in spheres of intersectional social justice, disability rights are unfortunately overshadowed, and the more light is shone on the subject, the better. You've done good, righteous work here, and given how you've described the development process of this video, you should probably go take a month-long nap. Burnout isn't a boon to high quality content like this, so get all the rest you need.
