Here's the full-size version of that unicorn panel from the comic! I've included it as an attachment too in case Patreon is weird about giant files. Enjoy!

I still have this as my desktop background. I think it would be pretty awesome wrapped around a mug, too, so I could enjoy Bubbles enjoying tea while I enjoy tea. :)

Smells can trigger memories in humans. So the AI designers put that in also, but forgot to put dampers on it.
Likewise.

Keep in mind that QC is published as books too, so at one point Jeph needs print-resolution images. Usually 300dpi or something. Makes sense to just draw at that resolution in the first place.

When I saw this scene in the comic I wanted to sit and drink Hanners' tea with Bubbles. Thanks for letting me do so <3

You are the best.

I like to think that there are pseudo-scientific explanations as to why this happens when AIs interact with certain sensory stimuli, but that nobody really knows.

Ah Ben, you beat me to it!
That is my new computer wallpaper as of now. Love it.

I think I want this as a desktop background for one of my computers now. I'll have to see how it looks first. Question for you though - are you normally drawing at that high of a resolution and scaling down, or did you make this picture larger to begin with because you knew we'd want a big version of it? I know you're likely drawing much larger than what we'd see in the strip, but I wasn't quite imagining THAT much larger. O_O
Thank you!
