I can only think of one AI-related crime going on right now, and Bubbles is already an accessory to it, no bias required.

Actually, now that I think about it, maybe it's a "Twin Peaks" thing (the pie 'n all), and this is a robotic agent Cooper. (Of course, one may argue that agent Cooper was already a robotic agent Cooper).

I would be very surprised if Faye betrays her friends. Not the type. Come to think of it, most of the people in Questionable Content are of above average character. Almost implausible.

Awwshit stuffs going down. Prediction fayes gonna be asked to turn informant and will try to take bubbles with her but the owner gets wind and they go on the run ending in a high speed chase

Worried now. Other AI have objected to Bubbles' choice as a war-bot, makes me worry if there's some in-cultural bias between AIs, eyeballing Bubbles as an obvious perp in whatever criminal act the cop AI is investigating.

I know almost nothing about this new character; but I'm pretty sure I like her a lot, and I hope we get to know all about her. We welcome your much-needed conflict, I hope you manage to start some very serious shit, and through that process expose yourself to be more than just a tool of The Man, but an interesting intelligence with intriguing and unique thoughts and feelings. She's kinda cute too.
