Jeph! Next year consider coming to Comic Fest in San Diego (this year's con just finished). It's what ComicCon used to be like 40 years ago (small and intimate) and was created by some of the folks who created ComicCon (graybeards, for the most part). I can't say enough good things about it. There were no lines or mobs, and everyone had a chance to casually chat with their favorite artists and authors (who also had a blast as attendees themselves). Immense fun.
