I don't understand why they couldn't rent a space from Jeremy - Jeremy and his building is effectively isolated from future storylines by being serperate from the space Faye and bubbles are looking at setting up. No 'Jeremy is our new landlord' joke in our future, so I feel it's an opportunity/interesting potential dynamic missed. OTOH he has a body now so he can go walking into panel whenever
