I think Faye considers poor, awkward, nerdy Clinton to basically be a little brother at this point. She's completely unfazed walking past him in just a towel. I think that's as adorable as the ship. I don't think it's really going to sail, tbh, but it's super-cute.

Bubbles seems to be coming further out of her former isolation. She now cares what people think about her and her friends, but she's still learning how to *affect* what people think. The direct physical approach works, but does have limitations with us squishy human types.

Early on Pintsize had an IRC date with an AnthroPC he thought was female but was male. It kind of freaked him out, not because he had a problem with dating a male robot, but because he had a problem dating someone he had misgendered. His date was even more upset by the misgendering. It was established in that plotline that AnthroPCs are set in software as male, female, or agender. While there's nothing holding back simply switching that setting at any time, recent discussions between May and Momo regarding how robot sexuality is tied to being embodied in humanoid form and socializing with humans would suggest to me that a robot would integrate their (a)sexuality and (a)gender into their personality almost as meaningfully as humans do. I would expect that having such a visibly feminine body would lead Bubbles toward a female gender identity. At the very least, she would have been likely to bring up any gender dysphoria she might feel when she and Claire were talking about her body issues regarding her size and Claire's regarding being trans and having had lots of gender dysphoria prior to her transition.
