I like the way you construct the longer arcs in your ongoing story even more than I enjoy the daily interactions of characters. So something in the bonus that illuminates or ties into the current arc or suggests a future one would be nice.

Melon yellin' pizza? This strip has had so many characters and themes over time, only a small number of which can be touched in any run of strips. I think a horrid mashup is the only way to handle it. Especially if the pizza Melon is yellin' about has a cereal topping, appearing in a story by Jimbo.
