Pintsize is a cube with five balls attached to him, all of which are held on with magnets or something and are removable. I am honestly not clear how this could have happened, or be at all difficult to fix.

I find this situation not surprising at all. Remember, they almost had to lop off Emily's hands because she got them stuck in Claire's hair. Granted, that was pre-haircut. My wife has pre-haircut Claire hair. I'm very familiar with the problems.
