What I F'n love about this is that it's not even gay baiting, because Jeph has created a world here that's so full of fully realized complicated queer relationships that even if this is NOT going to end up happening (It better, I will cut you) it's just a story choice, not a choice to invalidate all of us hoping for it was going to be something for us. Thanks , Jeph for creating a rare situation where I can enjoy the tension without the dread. :D <3

First off, Bubbles looks really cute in the first panel. Looks like she grew her hair a little before putting it up. Secondly, this is the Thursday comic, so hmmm...I wonder what Faye will wake up to? Of course, knowing Jeph the Friday comic will just be a single frame of Faye sleeping, then we’ll be back to Pintsize vs Clairehair on Monday. ;)
