The name thing makes me uncomfortable. Hanners holds significant privilege over Tilly, and being frustrated with her mother is no excuse to treat someone like that. I’m holding faith in Jeph, though. I think there’s a good reason for this, and we’ll see it okay iut satisfactorily.

Well Tilly is probably just mumbling her name and Hanners haven't gotten a clue, she must be mortified when she finds out. By the way, let her grow out her hair, it was so pretty before :-)

I don't think any of these are mutually exclusive.

Tilly is showing every sign of brainwashing here. Either this is going to be a really serious storyline in the end, or she's consciously doing it as joke thing, because she realizes Hannelore has no interest in or need for a PA and has nothing to lose. Or Jeph is smarter than me and has something better in mind, which is likely.

It seems odd that Hannelore, who is OCD, would forget Tilly's name repeatedly -- unless she is calling her Taffy out of spite.

This comic feels kinda retro to me, with the panel layout, dora, coffee of doom, and murder jokes :D
