I've lately been watching recent Korean rom-coms, and that two-finger sign is beginning to bug he hell out of me. It's freakin' everywhere. When asked, most folks using it don't know what it means or why they do it! No matter how or when it started, it has become a cultural part of photography in most of Asia. It seems a photo "isn't quite right" without it. But not in the US, right? Oh, really? Tell me: What hand symbol do YOU raise behind the head of someone being photographed? Why? What does it mean?
