Why isn't anyone reading between the lines!?!? This could be HORRIBLE! Station is the ONE PLACE most difficult for people to get away from Tilly's organizational and micro-managerial skills! - Will Station de-orbit? - Will HannerDad spontaneously combust? - Will Station's Military staff finally have to DO SOMETHING? I predict lots of Station folks will be randomly "dropping in" on future QC story arcs as they commandeer Pizza Pods to escape Tilly's Terrors! Or, perhaps, they'll just shove Tilly into one. Will Tilly come out on top of the situation? EDIT: I really liked the Hanner-Tilly hugs. Maybe Tilly really can be a Force for Good. So, I could be over-reacting a bit. Maybe.

And Tilly, for the first time ever, called her Hannelore instead of "ma'am". A perfect ending. I'm about to tear up. (And look at the subtlety of toning to create the cinematic "backlighting" effect in that last panel! That's a wow.)

Jeph's temporary new characters almost always become old stand-bys. We'll see Tilly again. Also, I love the casual introduction of characters. It shows QC doesn't exist in a bottle. :)

Shooting Tilly into space, something we all can get behind! Anyway, that was a graceful conclusion to the arc, so I'm happy. Hope in the new year we'll get more interesting arcs that arise from the existing characters, instead of having to be driven by temporary new ones.
