See we already know that AIs perceptions of the world around us are different to ours from what Bubbles has told us. Maybe Roko has an extra-sensitive olfactory/touch suite that makes it that much more pleasing to her? Like, I love the smell, taste and texture of fresh-baked bread but not to fetish levels. I'm guessing it's just overcharging her sensory suite or somesuch. Still cute tho.
