I like how Marten's mug looks just a little like he's drinking out of the head of a decapitated AnthroPC, it made me imagine that Pintsize has decided There Can Be Only One and that's why we usually only see larger chassis AIs (or adorable spiders) these days.

Sometimes, it's genuinely scary how self-aware Pintsize can be. He's actually deliberately working on a 'curmudgeonly old man' routine because he thinks it would be fun to be the sort to ruin everyone's day by complaining all the time. Of course, this is really just Jeph explaining why Pintsize hasn't upgraded his relatively primitive chassis in any ways. I have to say that my favoured theory is that Pintsize LIKES being a self-mobile and sentient desktop system unit.
