Actually, very little of it came from the customers. In the early strips, it came from Dora and Faye's borderline-manic antisocial imaginings and it just became popular with customers as 'local colour'.

I like how much of the menu of Coffee of Doom comes from customers being weird and the staff running with it.

It could just be effects of my head injury - but WHAT HAPPENED TO DORA? I literally don't recognize her anymore, did she get plastic surgery a couple of months ago - or what?
