I suspect that what Faye 'wants to do' would breach the PG-13 rule for Questionable Content. In fact, I suspect that, in panel 3, Faye has a series of Oglaf strips running in her head. The fact that her brain can and is doing that to her is confirming to Faye that Marten is right about her feelings and this isn't welcome right now!

Faye's picturing what those hips can do... Maybe put that penis they are building for Pintsize to good work. I bet he'd pay double for used merchandise. On a more serious note I love what Jeph is doing here. I feel like this really speaks to a lot of different issues involving trans people, gay people, racism, and personal evolution. We all like to believe as adults that we are who we are and won't change. I just hope Faye deals with this challenge healthily, but I have faith that her relationship with Bubbles has truly given her enough to not want to return to drinking, even in crisis. I'm happy she went to Martin.
