Hmmm, I don't think so. I get the feeling Spookybot isn't anything created by a military or government. Instead, I feel Spookybot is an entity that evolved from whatever process initially created AI and is exponentially evolving themself. I would feel the utmost pity for whatever organisation attempted to capture Spookybot... Also, we know that Spookybot has a "Doggo Approval" chip somewhere.

Honestly I just binged on QC and ran through the Bubbles/CW set, another SpoOOOoOOookyButt strip or three would be great. Halloween Spookybutt? Stranger things have happened on QC, srsly.

#3230 is just about Brun's clothes and character and such, so we aren't going to get any hardware specs on Spookybot. I don't think it instantiates as hardware anyway. Still, I'm interested in its sense of style.

We need to know more about SpookyBot although I wouldn't be surprised if every label is clumsily covered with labels reading 'Classified' or 'Trust me: You don't want to know!'
