1. I think she is joking just to lower the level of emotional tension in the scene (Roko is not her close friend and it makes Bubbles uncomfortable), and 2. Bubbles lived through TWO of her most life-changing experiences in this chair - it is completely understandable that she is a little overprotective towards this piece of furniture.

I'm really enjoying the introspective bent of the last couple of storylines. Jeph, I think you're doing a great job of deepening the characters and illuminating to the audience where they're coming from, and making us excited to see where they're going. I also really like the optimistic feel of QC - not that bad things don't happen to characters, or unfixable things get broken, but that the characters can go on from there, and that things can and do get better. QC has been a bit of a highpoint of my day, because I feel like these characters really can get through all their issues. Sorry, long ramble. Just wanted to say, I think you're doing a great job.

Depends what kind of tea it is - greens and whites are made with slightly cooler water - and how long it's been sitting. Also, I can do that, after less time than the tea needs to steep, but perhaps I'm a little tea-hardened. And a friend once called me 'unhuman' for being able to drink tea as hot as I like it =P
