I know people with alcoholism and anaphylactic food allergies all have it worse than me, but as someone who can no longer eat (real) pizza and bagels or just generally eat food without worrying about cross-contamination anymore I feel oddly comforted by Faye’s comparison. We’re all in this together. Also I realized social situations are hard for me in a similar way because everyone’s having all this stuff and I shouldn’t have even a taste of it. Celiacs and alcoholics of the world unite.

I read one tweet about two weeks ago about eating or not eating pizza crust, and I have been craving pizza ever since (I won't eat it if I'm at home bc we have a compost bucket) [unless it's that disgusting fat-loaded crust from deep dish pizza, I WILL CONSUME IT ALL]
