I think part of this is just that May and Momo have been talking about it, but Momo's imagination has been much more active. May thinks its casual and treats it that way, although she may well learn otherwise. Up until Sven's named came into the picture, Momo was just really, really curious how it worked (see 1658 and 3759) and how May felt about it, and she probably felt crude, loud May would give her some kind of sympathetic version. Now both May & Momo will have to reassess how they feel about sex— and possibly how their "persons" (if Dale is May's "person" in any sense, although I'm quite sure Momo still thinks of Marigold as hers) feel about it. Momo could have asked Bubbles. Bubbles is the only 'bot in the series we know is currently boinking anyone reliably, after all. But Momo is terrified of Bubbles.

May was aware of Momo's crush, at least at one point (they ran into Sven together at Coffee of Doom, May was rude, Momo was flustered, and later May made fun of Momo for "want[ing] his dick"). That was a long time ago, though, even by QC standards. Since neither May nor Sven seemed to register that they'd actually met each other before, it seems safe to say that May's totally forgotten about it.

...And there it is. Let's see how this'll play out. My money's Momo getting mad at May, who has no idea Sven was Momo's secret crush and doesn't know why Mo's getting pissed. Naturally, will troll Momo for a panel or two until either something clicks in May's head or Momo let's the cat out of the bag. Then Momo will begin overheating and possibly auto-shutdown, leaving May having to carry her over to the shop where she finds out Faye and Sven were a thing.
