I've started imagining Bubbles with an attitude similar to Garnet, so seeing Bubbles mom-ing Claire is kinda the best thing ever.

Interesting question. Does an AI have any genetic material at all? They may indeed be classified as "persons", but if they are not technically organic, and therefore not any species, then they cannot be a different race, since "race" indicates a sub-classification of the human species. So I would say that no, it is not technically miscegenation. Intellectually, there's a world of difference, but biologically, is it any different from dating a vibrator or a Fleshlight?
