I think her expression looks more like Emily on pot than Dora, but other than that, she clearly looks like Dora. But Emily clearly resides somewhere near the border between borderline autism aka Asperger's and high functioning autism, so an odd expression on her is expected. Dora generally seems to be one of those people who may have some traits that are associated with autism, but she's clearly not on spectrum, so it's much more disorienting to see on her.

Not sure why, but I can't see Dora as Dora any more. You haven't changed her face structure any more than you have with the other characters, over time, but when I go back and compare, the others all still look like themselves to me. Compared to her earlier selves the current version of Dora looks -- kinda vacuous, actually.
