There exist extra shelf brackets which are not currently in use, as well as redundant shelf brackets. Just because one bracket was found free range does not mean a shelf is necessarily about to collapse. Shelf brackets are cheap enough that even companies struggling as much as Union Robotics will usually have times when they have extra shelf brackets. Especially when you consider that Bubbles can probably cut, shape, and drill them as needed. (That said, mass produced shelf brackets will probably be cheaper than Bubbles' time to make them, so she'd probably only be making shelf brackets if they had a shelf bracket emergency. Which this isn't.)

An easy way to remember it is that the flower is named in honor of Leonhart Fuchs (a botanist who wrote a notable early catalogue of plants). And the color is very indirectly named for him; it's named for the dye fuchsine, which was named that because the plant was becoming popular and the makers wanted to capitalize on that (and, oddly, not because of the color of the fuchsia flowers). Anyway, I had to look most of that up, but at least remembering that some guy named Fuchs was involved is enough to get the spelling right.
