It's certainly identical to a shirt worn by Faye, if not the same item. There are two schools of though on this: The first is that this shirt was lovingly rehomed to Bubbles after she and Faye became a couple. The second is that Bubbles bought herself an shirt like Faye's, probably because she liked it. Either could be true; I prefer the first version.

There's no way that's Faye's shirt, Bubbles has to have got her own. Pretty sure Bubbles' ribcage alone has a bigger circumference than Faye+boobies. Either that or Bubbles tried it on and stretched it out so now it's too loose on Faye, so she let Bubbles keep it.
