Here’s a conundrum: if Bubbles and Faye want to make their relationship permanent and legal, can they marry? We have legal precedents for woman marrying woman. But human marrying AI? Given the short lifetime of thEir relationship, I no longer have the slightest hint of a doubt that Marten/Faye would have been a /horrible/ relationship. Marten's mom was right. Faye was meant for Bubz, and vice-versa. Just how it is.

That final panel turned me into a sobbing, wet mess. Just saying. Thank you, Jeph. Also, as a transgender person, thank you for handling Claire's story so, so well, from so many angles. Yes, Faye knows that Bubs not telling her was the right thing to do, and Bubbles' explanation hits the nail on the head.

It was a gradual thing, of course. Jeph started flagging it in the sequence #3463 to #3674. But the last tetris piece didn't drop for Faye until the sequence starting with #3731. Jeph does the best 'falling in love' scenes ever. -> Faye/Bubbles, Martyn/Claire. and Dora/Tai's engagement just for starters. Now, can someone help me? When did Claire confide to Bubbles about being trans? I've spent days searching with no luck. No doubt I've passed over it in my search.

In retrospect (emphasis on that, you're always smarter then) Bubs could have asked Claire whether Faye knows and whether she can tell her as well. Bubs could have also assumed that Faye knew, but didn't want to discuss it since Faye knew Claire for longer, so it was a pre-existing secret yadda yadda. And of course, Bubs could have asked Claire about sharing with Faye, and Claire asked her not to. There's a million details and other factors we simply can't see as readers of the comic. The important thing is, I'm glad there was no fight over a minor secret (someone else's even) and the two can talk about it.

My significant number of shopping trips for such items has given me great experience with the different shades of "out" for them: "I'm out" - The last one is in the purse. "I'm really out" - The last one is in use. "I'm f-ing OUT!" - The last one needs replacing.

This is cavity-inducing adorable, and yes, love the Bubbles POV!!! One small thing: calling it menstrual hygiene instead of feminine hygiene is much more inclusive!
