I really love how lovely and wholesome and kind the characters are in this comic. These two are working their way through a complicated social interaction, and they're stumbling and being awkward, and the whole way through, they're giving each other space to make mistakes and coming back to the common ground of how much they value their (currently platonic) relationship.

Cats are actually pretty easy to get back in bags, assuming they weren't mistreated in the bag and you're good at appearing to be completely and utterly incompetent at keeping the cat from getting in the bag. I've also witnessed some special cat grappling techniques which appeared to work like magic. Except, I'm not certain, it's possible I instead watched magic that just happened to look as if it was special cat grappling techniques. "pretend this never happened" is *much* harder than getting a cat back in a bag.

I honestly don't think he's romantically interested in guys based on the way he acts. Around women he finds attractive he has a shy awkwardness around himself that he really doesn't display around any men. The closest we got was when he blushed at how strong the cinnamon roll is but he got over that pretty quick. I kinda see Clinton turning Elliot down but I think Roku and Elliot would be great. He's always crushing on people I think it'd be great if he got blindsided by a crush on him. I actually don't see Clinton being involved in any relationship. I see him taking time to travel or something and 'find himself' When Brun inevitably turns him down (I also think she might be asexual) Clinton seems desperate to get into a relationship, just like Elliot is desperate for one of his crushes to pan out. I don't think either should and I think they'd both be better in the long run.
