Nah, the fact that his rig is military grade (- a term that causes any of us who've actually worked with military equipment to both laugh and shudder ... I'm an old fart. I think Bubble's suggestion is pretty on point. I might suggest a mummiform case of stainless steel, surrounded by concrete. I wonder how big Steve's boat is? Deep water disposal might be an option as well.
