If you're seriously asking, we have software that uses a camera video feed and make a virtual avatar pretty well nowadays, so it could just be an evolution of that. That's what current vtuber uses.

Camera might have been on; but not on stream. Camera feed is only used to animate the vtuber avatar and is not fed to the streaming software.

Ok, so the device on the far left seems to be a router, but what is that immediately next to it, between the router and the mouse? Kinda looks like a Switch (the console, not the networking device) but drawn from memory, or maybe that's supposed to be the QCVerse version... also reminds me of how the American SNES was weirdly blocky (and sorry, ugly) compared to the Japanese and European design.

It's a good thing that Yay has already met Aurelia and that they like her. Knowing Yay, when they placed security around Aurelia's system for her, they almost certainly put some form of notification and warning alarm in place along with it. I mean, you know Yay will want to watch Aurelia's streams live, (thus the notification alarm), and they will also want to make sure she is protected from having her information get out. So I'm willing to bet that nothing serious, identifiable, or traceable back to her, (other than the voices, which only help those who already know them), will have gotten out.

Her identity isn't in danger. The days of accidentally streaming a clear video are long behind vtubers. The camera device the streaming software pulls from is the avatar display, which is run either by a webcam or an attached iPhone X or better. The most they would see is Mommy Milkers acting out what Claire is doing, with Claire's voice (and background chatter - the mics usually cut off pretty quickly with distance).
