At some point I think it would be smart for Clinton to check in and make sure this was all ok for Elliot. There is a possibility here that Elliot's actually not ok with the sex and is projecting that onto Clinton. It seems pretty unlikely, given his initial "wow" reaction, but worth asking the question once and then accepting the answer once given. If nothing else, that's a way for Clinton to role model accepting such reassurance. (To be fair, Clinton is doing his best, and I think they'll work through this one way or the other.)
