Well, it's certainly better that he remain gainfully employed. It feels like Marigold's mature enough that if he's not completely relying on her money, their income disparity won't be too bad, at least from her perspective. I don't know why it's so hard to have a relationship that reverses the male dominant heteronormative paradigm in which the man makes the money and the woman makes the home. But it seems so incredibly rare. It's possible that part of it is, women are usually raised to have housekeeping skills and men aren't. As a result, couples who do try to flip it find that the man literally doesn't notice all of the messes that the woman notices, and doesn't know how to clean them up either. Both of those things are correctable, but they require clear communication in which both participants need to recognize that their partner was raised very differently than they were. That last bit seems very hard for just about everybody.

I'm not 100% sure of what you mean by vtuber models, but those of us who reliably follow the Patreon channel at my tier or higher have definitely seen MommyMilkers420 beyond just the appearance in the comic, and I think we've seen Burger Oni, but it's possible I'm mistaken about that.

For a while I was bummed Dale and Marigold got pushed to the side, though it's worth it that we get such a good story arc and look into their lives more.
