Nice attempt at a rationalization. And by "nice" I mean "lame". AIs are capable of sexual feelings and behavior. If your rules don't start with "When i doubt err on the safety of children from sexual endangerment by adults" you are wrong and should correct yourself before society does so by force.

If it was an adult human, I would agree with you. When you start dealing with non-human sapients, though, particularly AI sapients that are not locked into a single chassis, you are into a grey area where the rules regarding social interactions are necessarily going to be different. How different is going to depend on the sapient, their culture, and how their brain works. Because this involves humanoid bodies and AI’s that have chosen to integrate into human society, there is going to be some overlap in the rules. It’s not going to be a carbon copy, though.

It is monstrously inappropriate for an adult to socially touch a child's butt or invite a child to touch theirs regardless of what genitals ones has. The fact that you need this explained is very troubling. You might want instruction in appropriate behavior

It's a butt, not genitalia. It's only as sexual as you make it. Especially in the case of a robot body that doesn't actually HAVE any facsimile genitalia to begin with. I mean, Pintsize literally runs around 'naked' in public, ffs, and no one bats an eye. As long as Millie gives consent, there shouldn't be any issue with this.
