Yes! This so much. As an autistic former teen, the "you didn't listen" thing is extremely frustrating when the actual reason why an action was wrong isn't provided!

I remember, when my children we young, we had a family rent the home next to ours, and they developed the nickname "The Ferals." My younger kid, a Montessori kid, said, "Their mom always tells them to stop doing stuff that makes her angry, but never tells them what they should do instead, they way you and [Montessori teacher] does." Now see, as a parent, having survived teens, I'd say that she needs to give more guidance. The actual offense here is against privacy and consent. That should be made clear (you can't look through someone's private things without explicit consent.) The 'not waiting and listening' is the follow on: If you don't wait and listen you can't get that consent, and it's wrong to act without it.

Being around your siblings automatically reverts you back to your 8-year-old self. I can attest to this. (My sister and I were in our 20s/30s, and we drove our mother crazy with everything we got up to.)
