I thought she was Emmett. At least she looks she. Human-style speech balloons and no visible neck seam - I'm thinkin' real human female. Hair color is a close match for Smythe and she's trying hard to avoid detection. Is she Smythe's little sister who stowed away on Boaty? Boaty would have detected her presence, but he could keep her secret safe, especially since it looks like his sympathies run toward hijinks.
