New for July, Fleshcult v1.19
🕑 Added 2022-07-28 12:59:53 +0000 UTCWhat's New:
- New Side Quest: The Chastity Field Generator. Ever wonder why you can only recruit people from the suburbs at the start of the game? Now you'll know why. Starts in an end of turn event after you've defeated the baron (or earlier on a brand new save).
- New Side Quest: The Robo-beast and the Robo-doll. Isn't a shame that beasts without concubines don't produce anything? What you need is some sort of milking machine. Starts if you have 13+ minions in your lair and at least 1 apprentice.
- New lair tab - Projects. I have a bunch of side quest ideas, but it turned out the bulk of them required sending minions out of the lair to do your bidding. So this is a rudimentary UI for doing that. If you've seen the away missions in Evil Genius, you'll get the idea.
Known Bugs:
- Toggling the patreon mod on and off repeatedly will crash the game.
- Minions that are out on business are still counted as taking up space in the lair. Next release I plan to come up with a more intelligent solution for minions that don't currently fit in the lair.
How to Play:
- Unzip it somewhere and run the play fleshcult batch file.
- Go into the Mods menu and click on the patron mod to enable the new content.
- The main menu should show all your existing saves from either the Itch or Steam versions.
Notes:
- If you have Steam running in the background, your workshop mods should also appear.
- Note that after playing in the Patron version saves won't load in the old version. It'll automatically make a backup copy of the save, just in case you want to go back to it.
If you run into any problems, please let me know. Enjoy!
