Ok, I think I managed to reproduce the issue, it seems there are still some bugs. So the solution for now is to Reset Customization and then enter the code. If Janice disappears from the list, after resetting, use code: DressUp

It said the code was wrong, but when I downloaded your 19.1 bugfix it worked. Now I just need to get Janice character customization and I will be set.
KsT
Does it say the code is wrong or something else?
Andrew Keith
Typed in the code and it does not work
KsT
Check the keyboard language or so, because I just tested and it works fine.

Hmm, I remember there was a bug in one of previous update with Janice progression, maybe it caused it. As for now you can send me a savegame file, I'll fix that manually or just use a code "DressUp" that will unlock all the characters. Just keep in mind other characters that are not yet unlocked for customization during the gameplay, may have various glitches in clothing

I lost customization for Janice a few releases ago. Am I supposed to have it? I only have Brenda and Emily right now.
Ron
still dont work me.

Make sure the code is exactly the same with capital letters etc. Or if you copy-paste from the post, check if there isn't additional space at the back
