Nice！ My favorite character
KsT
He probably will be mentioned somewhere in dialogs, but there are no plans to bring Billy as a character to the game.
KsT
yes, new W.I.P. post will be next week
KsT
There will be more characters coming, because having more characters means there is more to work with then making content. But adding new characters isn't the main goal, new characters are added then they are needed for some kind of interaction with intention to expand their stories in the future.
Twelvexes
unpopular take...she was always one of my least favorite characters. i think it might be her body proportions? not sure. :)

If there are more women to come, hopefully a Adrianna, Emma, or Kendra like characters.
Milftoon Drama
Loved her in the previous game. It was sad that she didn't get more scenes with her hero m/s. Will he be returning too?
Doruno

Nice, but I also hope we will get not too many characters. I want more content for already implemented chars.
