It can be hard sometimes to bend a character's hand into exactly the right position for a particular pose, but that is her arm attached to her shoulder.

Something doesn't look right with the way Asian girl's shoulder is flexed for her finger to point where it is. It's like that hand belongs to someone off screen, but it all looks confusing.
