The best thing, unless the item to be signed is fragile or large, is being it, hope you can, but don't pin your evening's happiness on it happening. I brought a litho to a Weird Al meet and greet, but no opportunity arose. Still had a kickass night.

I've been to their VIP shows before. I'm familiar with their Q&A. However this time around, Cleveland's description had meet and great so I'm hopeful. "5pm Early Entry VIP + Meet & Greet - Patreon Pre-Sale" Copied from it's description. We'll see.

Probably not, as it's not a "meet and greet", just a VIP special thing before the show. They'll be on stage and VIP ticket holders will be in the audience. It's usually a q&a type thing with questions submitted earlier.

When you say "you'll play stuff you've never played before" do you mean that you'll perform some songs that you've never performed live before or that you'll play brand new songs that nobody outside of your band has ever heard before?

I had to buy overpriced tickets from a reseller site because they sold out hella fast. I love the bay area because everyone tours here but I hate how quickly shows sell out sometimes.
