I am pretty sure that the chaos tattoo is temporary for the photoshoot. But he does have real tattoos. He and JK are the ones with most tattoos in the group (the others only have the group 7 tattoo while JK and Jimin have multiple tattoos). He has: the youth tattoo one behind his left ear, the number 13 on his wrist, the words young and forever one each on the back of his arms above his elbows (based on the young forever song), the nevermind tattoo on his ribs (based on the nevermind song of course), the number 7 on his finger (the group tattoo) and a big piece that starts on the back of his neck down his back (moons).

I'm not sure if the chaos tattoo on the side of his neck is real or not, but Jimin has at least 7 tattoos that we know of.
