Minor update mostly to fix some bugs that affected gameplay and added a way to replay surrender scenes. This will be expanded later on. I had to do some rework on the surrender scenes formatting so there may be new issues. If you encounter anything be sure to report the specific path of surrender (from surrender command, from grappled state, from surrender screen, from replay menu). Thanks!
Changelog:
- Added a menu that allows replaying monster surrender scenes, Unlocked at the start of chapter 2 from hero's bed.
- Expanded the surrender screen after being KO'd to now include options to watch or skip. Skipping still registers the scene has happened in terms of the game's mechanics.
- Simplified the logic for triggering the goblin spit roast scene, it no longer requires two goblins to be available and will instead add a goblin for the scene.
- Added two pixie minions for the Faerie Prince battle.
- Increased the experience gained from chapter two monsters.
- General ongoing balancing.
Bug fixes
- Fixed issue with some variables not being set when skipping certain scenes.
- Fixed new issue with incorrect sorting layers in surrender scenes.
- Fixed issue with surrender scenes not setting the game to the correct state causing animation issues.
- Fixed issue with Barkskin Status raising resistances to extreme levels.
- Fixed error in battle when entering targeting mode after pet slime was killed.
- Fixed some minor UI issues.

- Fixed minor issue with Rafflesia surrender not setting variables

Keyboard & Mouse Controls:
- Left click to break items
- Right click to interact
- A,D or Arrow keys to move left and right
- Space for Jump
- Left Shift for Special Action(ie "Crouching" used with monster forms)
- Left Ctrl for Dash
- Q for character screen (Class, Equipment)
- V for transform Menu
- E for item quick menu (outside battle)
- ESC for game options menu
- F4 Skip scene, can skip through dialogue and scenes (It's a little buggy)
Controller can be used but it might be a little buggy right now (The selection cursor may disappear, use the mouse to select something again) See the input tab when you run the game for more options

I meant that for the last 4 months there has been complete silence, no news on the development process, nothing. I'm just worried about the fate of the project As for the update in October, I formulated it a little incorrectly; there was no significant update for almost a year. The second chapter was completed a year ago and the latest update showed only a tiny piece of what can await us in the third. We look forward to the continuation, or at least, or at least forecasts about how further development will proceed.

The save files are located in appdata so you can just start up on 0.2.11 and it'll load the old saves automatically. (Barring any bugs but it should work fine.)

Yeah, you use the same key that you use to open doors. It isn't marked though.

How do I get the Goblin spitroast scene to appear? I've tried over and over again but i cannot seem to get it to spawn no matter how many goblins i surrender to... D:

First night you can choose Lukka or decline and get Ash. Second chance to get Lukka scene at the mercenary camp before infiltrating the goblin encampment and then another chance at Ash later. It should be made more clear in the future and there will be replay options for other characters eventually.

I think it only becomes night at some plot points, like leaving the first dungeon for the first time. Luka will offer to walk you home and if you refuse you get a scene with Ash. I don't think bed options (I assume you mean surrender replays) is possible with other characters

How do you make it night time? I want to use the bed options with the other characters. Also where can i find the comic book?

Actually it should already unlock both even if you have Ash in your party.

Yes you'll have to unlock them for the new save data. I'll make the solo slime scene unlock with the Ash slime scene if the player hasn't unlocked it already. Thank you.

I played through the game in previous build, installed this one and loaded my save - all bed memories are ???. Do I have to unlock them again? If yes - how do I get slime without Ash now? Or will you make the game recognize the ones you already got in later build? Thanks, I love the game❤
