Since you like seeing the behind the scene stuff I suggest maybe before listening to the albums that you haven't already listened to, you could watch their album intros. It's usually like 30 mins long and they usually explain their thinking process of the album, songs, etc. You also get sneak peaks of some the recording sessions and the dance practices as well.
