Apart from what people have mentioned above, something else happened that might have sparked this collabo MV! An army on twitter created an edit of this movie in December 2022 with 'Closer' playing in the background. Someone replied saying "someone send this to namjoon" and his friend, eAeon (he featured on namjoon's song 'badbye' from mono, namjoon featured on eAeon's song 'Don't', and he produced change pt. 2 from namjoon's album Indigo) sent the edit to namjoon. namjoon posted it on his instagram story and now this MV came out! here is the edit the army made: https://twitter.com/whooperjin/status/1602753042469646338?s=20

Apparently it's a really critically acclaimed film and has won tons of international awards. I think this "collab" is just like extra promo for the movie? I think BTS has talked about having watched the film. And the ongoing beef with miss erykah is too funny (and relatable.. LOL)
