Lol it's just a skit SKZ created making fun of what it's like to be a JYP trainee. They used a few common kdrama tropes to make it even funnier. For example, in many kdramas the boy (Seungmin) leans in and makes the girl blush. Or when the handsome lead (Hyunjin) walks in and the girl has an internal dialogue about how stunning he is and develops a crush. Or when Hyunjin says "It's our day 1", in Korean dramas if someone says that it means it's your 1st day of dating but then Hyunjin ruins her delusion by saying "It's your 1st day here". Then we have lots of SKZ related jokes like Lee Know with his bundle which is a throwback to his bundles in the Survival Show or Chan being the leader so he's always "watching/ hovering/taking care of you". Then at the end they were basically making fun of Korean commercials by advertising JYP'S new organic food cafeteria (JYP BOB -which is really what the cafeteria is called) for trainees/staff since JYP himself is all about organic food. It's just a big SKZ parody but I can see why you'd be a bit confused without context lol. It was purposely meant to feel underproduced, silly and to poke fun at SKZ and JYP lol. Now that I've explained it a bit, maybe consider watching it again so you can see the humor in it bcuz it's really funny imo 😉.
