At the last field day in middle school I got too hot and I didn't want to run in the 100 meter, and everyone was so mad at me and people yelled at me and I got a water bottle thrown at me and one dumped on me and I cried, I also threw up shortly before and two people told the others to leave me alone and the teacher eventually found out and told them to leave me alone. I think it's a mix of leg strength, core strength, and upper body that's needed for the jumping because you have to run quickly, hit the center of the springs then kinda squat and jump with enough power to get you up high enough so that you can stabilize and fling your body up and over the thingy with you arms. It looks really hard to do 240 centimeters (2.4 meters) is 7'10... Even the 230 centimeters that Chan and that guy from BTOB cleared is 7'6. That's insane that either of them were even able to jump up and sit on it. And the guy from BTOB that cleared the 2.75 meters previously is insane because 2.75 meters is 9 feet. That's absolutely insane.
