Ah...I remember those days. Also peep the infamous JYP that is whispered at the beginning. JYP does that when he produces a song...maybe that's why chan remixed it so much cause he didn't want to have it be a JYP joint Lol 2PM were called 'beast idols' cause that did all those acrobatics on stage. Also, back then there were no backing tracks, so everything is natural voices. And if you aren't good at controlling your breathing, it'll show. SKZ wanted to be different with it. I actually think they work on this song during the survival show...

When 2pm released this song (yes, I'm a momma stay so I've been kpop for like a LOT of years) it was absolute fire at the time - it was everywhere. JYP wrote this and it was a huge hit during that time frame, there's even a 2pm performance with JYP in it. Chan rearranged the original and added the SKZ twist, updating it and making it their own. It's called a cover, but really they made so many changes it's almost like a whole new song.

watching a lot of behind the scenes of skz is when u actually get to appreciate them on a whole other level from what they put on for the public. Sure they make their music and they're extremely talented but watching all the other content they put out where they're mostly unguarded and most times engrossed is when u really find out how much effort goes into that professionalism they put on stage. Things like one kids room, 2 kids room, their album intros, random lives where channie just talks and makes music is so fascinating to watch. And it's then that u just realise they're just a bunch of boys putting anything and everything they've got into making their dreams a reality. It's just super inspiring honestly.
