Nigel if your trippin then I am too because I’m literally going through the same thing , but the part at the end with Han went hard for sure but rewatching the other ones Idk it might just be us ngl lol ( maybe the camera made it look different because in the live we’re just watching from the front and it’s not moving how the camera moved in the video idk 🤷‍♀️ I’m just guessing)

It's your brain picking up fewer stimuli because of the lack of visual stimulation in the Studio Choom videos. That's why Studio Choom videos are so stressful for the artists to do, because they know the only thing that is being showcased is them. It's basically the dance version of The First Take.

About the tempo: I heard another reactor a couple of months ago explain that the camera studio chomp films with is extremely high quality but makes everything look slower and less explosive and was talking about how it was not beneficial to show off the different artists choreos so that’s probably what you felt was different between the mv and the performance

Imo, double knot dance practice is more impactful compared to this studio choom (yeah mostly bcs of the angle and editing)

Studio choom is on a different frame rate than the mv. Watch the double knot dance practice on stray kids official channel and you’ll see what it’s supposed to look like! Promise 🫡🙏🔥

I think part of it is that in the MV the editing flits back and forth between the group choreo and less energetic moments like solo shots etc. so when it goes back to the choreo it looks more explosive. But I think you’ll see that in most MVs since they’re edited give that dynamic feeling and make the choreo look the best purposefully? At least that’s my thought.

I think Studio Choom was a different frame rate from the MV. So moves look slower

rather than the studio chum vid, their dance practice shows the punchy movements so much better bc it's a still camera view. Studio Choom plays around with the camera captures per second so it comes out more flow-ey than it actually is.

I think it seems slower because of the camera work of the MV. The English version is 🔥🔥🔥 though!

Yeah I found this one a bit slower too until the dance break however all the Studio Choom performances aren’t like that dw. This one was only there 2nd Studio Choom video if I’m not mistaken but the recent ones are just pure fire 🔥 And Yes it was Studio Choom for Hyunjin’s Artist of the month.

You gotta watch the English performance and also the actual dance practice. Those hit much harder than the studio choom. Studio in my opinion is just to glamorize the choreo.
